How can I pay?

Our payment methods are preferably any cryptocurrency. If you don't spot your preferred crypto at checkout, just email us.

We also accept Wise payments, which allows you to pay with PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers. Select Wise at checkout and follow the instructions. Email us proof of the transaction so we can confirm your order.

If you want faster processing, we recommend paying with crypto. Wise payments can take up to a week to confirm.

How do you ship? From where?

The pharmacy declares your package as health supplements/medications.

All International Pharma ships from India via EMS, IN, NL or other viable services.

Deus Medical products come from the EU.

My products arrived incomplete

Please record a video while opening the package. If verified, we will refund or reship missing items.

We photograph all packages before shipping to prevent fraud.

My tracking hasn't updated

Sometimes tracking delays occur. Packages may not update for weeks and then suddenly move. This is normal.

Reshipment policies

We DO NOT offer refunds. All purchases are final.

We will reship international orders if seized, lost, or stuck in customs for more than 30 days.

Store credit may be offered depending on the situation.

Countries excluded from reshipment: Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Norway, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium.
